Huge indoor yard sale to benefit the Brendon P Cousino Med47 Foundation. The family set up the foundation after their son, Brendon was killed in a tragic car accident. He was a father of 3 young daughters and an EMT. To continue his legacy of giving, the Foundation awards scholarships to tech school students entering the trades and gives funds to area 1st response groups. Last year's event was a huge success, raising over $3000.
It will be held Feb 16th, 8:30-4:00 at the American Legion in Middlebury, behind G Stones Motors, 49 Wilson Rd.
We are looking for donations of all kinds of gently used items and will accept donations right up to the day of the event. Household items, decor, tools, garden, books, games, DVD's, videos, GUY stuff especially, we can take small furniture such as stands, chairs, lamps. We will take clean coats, hats, scarves, boots, mittens. Good sweaters and men's workware. No general clothes please. Make sure everything is clean and in good repair..we have to pay to dispose of junk.
Breakfast sandwiches and muffins will be on sale at Breakfast time. We will offer McKenzie hotdog and fresh popcorn at lunch time.
