Please join Kristin Henningsen MS, RH(AHG), E-RYT for a class that will build the strong, steady foundation and focus required to safely and successfully get you balancing with grace! We'll go beyond alignment, to where the power of these postures originates - exploring crow, side crow, flying pidgeon, flying lizard and building up to dragonfly...Join us with an open mind and heart, a sense of humor and a willingness to take this offering as far as feels good to you!
