REMINDER: Hardwick Area Little League Registration

Sign Up Date: Saturday, March 8, 2014 8:00AM - 12:00PM ~ 1 DAY ONLY!!

Hardwick Elementary School Front Lobby (street side)

This is for all Hardwick Area Little League kids: t-ball, minors & majors for boys & girls; league age 5 - 12. Cost: $30 per child or $60 per family (Payment due at sign ups)

Please be prepared to fill out health insurance information on medical release forms.
We will need proof of residency - a copy of a utility bill will work.
If child is a new sign up we will need to see a copy of the child's birth certificate to verify age
(We do not keep copies of any of the above information - originals or copies of the above is fine.)

Registration notices went home through the school. Please check backpacks and please pass the word as this is one day only sign up. Thank you!
