The NAMI Family-to-Family class is a FREE 12-week course structured to help families and friends of individuals with mental health conditions understand and support their loved ones while maintaining their own well-being. The class covers common mental health diagnoses, available treatments, communication & empathy exercises, problem-solving, community resource connections, and so much more!
Class begins Wednesday, March 6th @ 6:00 PM in Williston, VT and runs for 12 weeks.
