The Montpelier Death Cafe Friday meeting is this Friday, 2/8 from 12:15-1:45 at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center (58 Barre St). You do not need to be a member, this meeting is free and open to all who come with an open mind.
The Montpelier Death Cafe is part of a larger, international Death Cafe movement, that hopes to take talking about death and dying "out of the closet" by fostering community groups where people can come together to discuss death, dying, and anything related. It is not a bereavement group, rather a place to share thoughts and ideas about a difficult subject. You can learn more about the Death Cafe movement at deathcafe.com
