Andrew Winter, Executive Director of Twin Pines Housing, will talk about why homes priced for all income levels are important and discuss the opportunity for additional housing in our town. He'll also share about Twin Pines Housing and how, as a nonprofit, it works with communities to create homes that are affordable.

Twin Pines Housing is the leading provider of affordable housing in the Upper Valley. Currently providing homes for more than 1,000 people, Twin Pines has 417 rental units and 48 perpetually affordable home ownership properties in its portfolio. Founded in 1990, they have properties in Enfield, Hanover and Lebanon, NH, and in Hartford, South Royalton, Woodstock and Norwich, VT. In addition to developing housing, Twin Pines Housing works to ensure that their residents remain healthy and housed by coordinating case management, social services, food programs, financial coaching and other supports.
