Join NMC, NCSS and other community partners for the 7th Annual Healthy Hearts on the Move!

This free and family-friendly event is not to be missed. You'll find interactive education on health and wellness topics like nutrition and physical activity as well as free massages, healthy snacks, prizes, face-painting and more. Once again, we're partnering with Northwestern Counseling and Support Services to offer great high-energy fun in the big gym like parachute play, a bouncy house, and face painting. RiseVT will provide a mindful space in the small gym with yoga circuits, pranayama pinwheels and knit / crochet projects with the Family Birth Center. Come have fun with us! Healthy Hearts takes place from 9 am to noon at St. Albans City School - and everyone who attends can be entered to win one of three Vermont State Parks season passes!
