Birding Essentials is a set of four classes led by Bird Diva Bridget Butler that will help you develop your skills as a birder or backyard bird watcher! Sign up for one or all four sessions and get yourself dialed in for the return of the birds come spring.

On Thursday, February 21st from 6-9 pm we're moving into the second session on Learning to Listen. This session will prepare you for the spring arrival of migratory birds. We'll break down how to listen to birdsong & describe it, build a repertoire of the songs of the usual suspects, and learn how to interpret the five voices of songbirds.

The program is sponsored by the St. Albans Recreation Department. $25 residents of St. Albans/$35 non-residents, discounted rate for all four sessions.
