An invitation to attend a community class at Vergennes Movement this Friday! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, and mat (if you have one). Come alone or bring a friend!

Breath & Balance Class at Vergennes Movement
This class emphasizes using conscious breathing to focus the mind and bring awareness to the body as you move through exercises that promote postural alignment, flexibility, balance, core strength, and relaxation. Participants will be guided through slow controlled movements where mindful breathing is practiced. Mindful breathing helps to control the nervous system and encourages the body to relax, bringing about a range of health benefits such as increased blood circulation to the body and brain and stress relief. It's difficult to feel stressed when you stop for a moment to purposefully take full, rejuvenating, relaxing breaths!
