The Career Center invites you to our winter Open House Showcase, a family-friendly, fun for all ages cabin fever reliever and a fun way to spend a few hours exploring all of the resources available to the community in our building. We'll present student demonstrations in our program spaces, offer treats catered by our culinary program, and even raffle off a bunch of sweet prizes. This event is not to be missed, especially since we're combining it with two more!

The Addison County Solid Waste Management District's second-annual Repair Fair, a free, family-friendly community event that empowers you to fix things instead of throwing them away. Volunteer fixers will do their best to repair your broken household items such as clothing, bags, jewelry, bikes, furniture, tools, eyeglasses, small appliances, electronics, and more!

The Makery's second-annual school makerfaire will also take place that evening, inviting the community into shop spaces to watch and take part in demonstrations by local makers including 3D printers, woodworkers, fabric artists, and additional experts in various hobbies, crafts, and creative pursuits.
