We are pleased to be hosting renowned cook book author, Andrea Chesman this Thursday at 7pm. Andrea will be discussing the taste and health benefits of cooking with animal fats, which is the topic of her latest book, "The Fat Kitchen: How to Render, Cure & Cook with Lard, Tallow & Poultry Fat".
