This Sound Bath with Kirk Jones is a relaxing 90 minute group "meditation" experience happening every Tuesday at 7pm at Sacred Mountain Studio in Burlington - through 2/19.
Kirk plays 2 large gongs and 1 large crystal singing bowl while everyone lays down and begins to let go of current and accumulated stress. Kirk then plays large bronze singing bowls on the front and back of everyone's body (if you wish) to continue to vibrate away stress and melt away pain. It is safe and feels om-azing. For those familiar with yoga, it's like shavasana (the best part of yoga - when you get to lay down and relax) with a live concert. All invited. $25 suggested exchange.
