Our first program is scheduled for Saturday, February 2 from 10-11 with Stew Arnold as our Guest Reader. He will be reading Shingebiss, an Ojibwe legend about a little duck in winter, one's challenge to survive, and how to overcome and even enjoy these hardships until Spring's renewal.
The Greensboro Free Library is developing a Saturday morning Guest Reader program for 2019. The Guest Reader will share a favorite picture book of theirs. Those attending are invited to also bring (or find at the library) a favorite book to be read by the Guest Reader. The program is on the first Saturday of each month from 10 am – 11 am. Those in attendance will receive both a most pleasurable experience with many books as well as a small gift from the library. This event is free and welcoming to all.
If you'd like to join us as a Guest Reader please let us know!
Hope to see you there!
