Wine, Cheese, and local Jewelry at the Butcher & Pantry this Thursday!

Oregonian winemaker, Rob Stuart will be here sampling and discussing his wines. His wines, like his personality, are warm and accessible. They are authentic, approachable, intriguing and perfectly balanced to pair with food.

Our neighbors, Spring Brook Farm (Reading, Vermont) will be sampling their cheeses. They specialize in French Alpine-Style cheese made from raw Jersey cow milk. Their cheeses are a unique reflection of both the land in our part of Vermont, as well as the farming and cheese making operations which, combined, make cheese of the highest quality.

Lastly, jeweler Stacy Hopkins will be here showcasing her work. A former biologist with a dual interest in the arts, Stacy merges nature's intensity into striking forms of jewelry. Many of her collections contribute to endangered species and land conservation. Her Jewelry and Fine Art Gallery, Scavenger, is located in White River Junction next to the Hotel Coolidge.

In addition, chef Peter will be whipping up some delicious small bites in the cafe. So come join us for some good food, good drinks and good fun!

It isn't too soon to be preparing for Valentine's Day...
