Monthly Women's Circles, Women Healing Women, will be facilitated by Kathleen Casserly tomorrow night January 25th at Whetstone Wellness from 6:30-8:30 pm. This is a gentle experience for women to feel safe and supported on their journeys. A circle is one of the most powerful shapes and we come together in a circle utilizing a variety of modalities combining psychology and spirituality. Kathleen Casserly is a mother of two grown children, an ordained Interfaith minister and addictions counselor, with over twenty years of experience. Her emphasis is on the body-mind-spirit connection, particularly body-centered therapies. She has studied and practiced PEER emotional release work for ten years, and has led women's retreats in Connecticut and Long Island. Kathleen is an intuitive, spontaneous, creative and sensitive healer with a deep commitment to her own process and to working with women.
