The Lewis Creek Association invites you to a free screening of Toxic Puzzle: Hunt for the Hidden Killer, a powerful documentary about ethnobotanist Dr. Paul Cox and his team investigating linkages between toxins produced by blue-green algae and the neurodegenerative diseases ALS, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's. Discussion to follow with UVM researcher Jon D. Erickson PhD highlighting his multifaceted research including blue-green algae found in Vermont's fresh water lakes and its impact here in Vermont. A must-see! Doors open at 6:30 and the film will start at 6:45pm and runs 82 minutes. Refreshments will be provided.
