This week, a coalition of 25 organizations, including low-income advocates, businesses, faith groups, and youth, rolled out a climate action plan for 2019. Vermont Natural Resources Council's energy program director, Johanna Miller, explains why such a broad coalition came together and what the plan contains. She'll also comment on the new report from the Joint Fiscal Office on putting a price on carbon pollution.
