Online workshop available 24/7 (register from same web site). Workshop cost (online or in-person) $99 per household.
After online or in-person workshops, household must meet at least once with a Homeownership Specialist in order to receive lender-required certificate of completion.
There is no charge for meetings with Homeownership Specialists.
Households who complete the certification may be eligible for $1,000 towards a down payment.
