Speakers will include Senator Virginia "Ginny" Lyons, sponsor for the proposed amendment; Cary Brown, Executive Director, Vermont Commission on Women; Michelle Farkas, Esq., Gravel and Shea, who served on the initial committee that developed the Equal Rights Amendment resolution in 2018 (S.R. 11); and Ella Spotswood, Deputy Attorney General, Vermont Attorney General's Office, who has worked on drafting the proposed amendment to be introduced in the 2019 Legislative Session.
