This Thursday night Ana Del Rosa and I will once again be offering Restorative Yoga with Reiki.
What I love most about teaching this class is the level of relaxation and dropping into their own bodies that the participants experience. It really is an honor to witness.
This week we will be focusing on balancing and nurturing. Ana is going to lead us in using crystals and crystal grids as part of the class.
