Local photographer and Vermont Citizen Scientist of the Year, Elinor Osborn, will be giving a talk at the Albany Public Library about owls that can be seen in Vermont, including their songs and calls. Elinor's photographs of owls are currently on display at the library, and she will share from her extensive experience watching and photographing these magnificent birds.
