Come join "Arthritis In Motion" classes at Cambridge Community Center! 

Each class you will: 

Reverse Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Alzheimer's, Dementia, and joint pain
Alleviate arthritis pain in the whole body
Increase your Serotonin!

Strengthen muscles and stamina! 
Gain confidence!  

Arthritis in Motion classes are held at the Cambridge Community Center on every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:00 pm for 30 minutes ea. $7.50 each person per class X 4 weeks schedule.

Classes are also offered locally too! 
* For a private class: $25.00 / class.
* For groups of 4 minimum people / class
@ $ 7.50 / person / class  X 8 classes = $60.00 paid up front each.*

*Note: The above translates into 4 weeks @ $7.50 / class / 30 minutes, twice a week.
