Almost Home is hosting a special menu with Nicaraguan fare created by Nicaraguan chef Chepe Cuadra. See other dates where more Latin American, Spanish Tapas, Cajun and Thai dishes will be presented.

~Ensalada de repolo- ( small starter Pork Rinds on Yucca Root topped with Green Cabbage Salad )
~Nacatamales- ( Nicaraguan Flavors (Annato Seeds, Sour Orange, etc. ….marinated meats or vegetarian Tamales wrapped in Banana Leaf and Steamed)
~Pastel de guayaba- ( Guava Pie )
~Chipotle Maple Picante Sauce
