The End of Procrastination just came out in English; Adela Schicker translated it from the original Czech. At a time when we're halfway into the first month of people's new year's resolutions, Schicker explains how author Petr Ludwig boiled down scientific studies to come up with eight tools to fight procrastination. She also talks about why the first step is the hardest.
