Join us at the NCSS Alburgh Family Center for a Zumba Jr class instructed by Shannon! Zumba Kids Jr is a high-energy fitness dance class packed with kid friendly music and routines! Kids are off school on this particular day, so bring the kiddos out for some exercise! A healthy snack will follow as well as a chance for parents/caregivers to get out and socialize.
