The guitar is part of Nobby Reed, and Nobby plays and sings the blues. He makes the guitar do the talking, makes it sing and cry from the depths of his soul, and to rejoice with the angels. Since he formed the Nobby Reed Project in 1997, the band has recorded 10 CDs and has shared the stage with Blues Traveler, Dickie Betts, James Cotton, Delbert McClinton, Buckwheat Zydeco, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Mighty Sam MacLain, John Mayall and the Blues Breakers, Roomful of Blues, The Neville Brothers, Eddie Money, Leon Russell, Rod Piazza, Johnny Winter, Little Feat and April Wine. NRP includes drummer Eric Belrose and bassist Ray Bushey.
