I'm offering a relaxing 90 minute group "meditation" experience every Tuesday at 7pm at Sacred Mountain Studio, 215 College St, 3rd floor, in Burlington.
I play 2 large gongs and 1 large crystal singing bowl while everyone lays down and let's go of current and accumulated stress. I then play large bronze singing bowls on the front and back of everyone's body (if you wish) to continue to wash away stress and melt away pain. A transformational experience.
