Vermont's hiking, skiing and walking trails pass through some of the richest forest bird habitat in the country. Join me in enjoying some of these beautiful birds, and learn about conservation issues related to birds of our forests and mountains. I'll be talking (and showing lots of Bernie's wonderful photos!) at the Annual Meeting of the Burlington Section of the Green Mountain Club, this Saturday evening (1/19). Starting at about 5:15, there will be lots of delicious food including salads, garlic bread, desserts, and Papa Frank's lasagna. (At $5 per person, the supper is a remarkable deal!) The program will start after a brief business meeting. EVERYONE IS WELCOME, whether you're a GMC member or not! Saturday evening, January 19, 2019, Faith United Methodist Church (899 Dorset Street, South Burlington), 5 PM. It's a good idea to RSVP to events@gmcburlington.org to let us know how many are coming - and a good idea to bring your own plate, cup and cutlery. Good food, conversation, and great birds!!
