Sustainability + Soup: a film series
Join WonderArts VT and the Craftsbury Outdoor Center for a special film series about climate change with a focus on food, energy and waste. Shifting away from the traditional doom and gloom narrative, these films highlight actionable steps through personal journeys towards a more sustainable future. Come early to enjoy a bowl of soup, and stick around after the film for a conversation led by Theresa Snow of Salvation Farms.

Just Eat It Synopsis
Filmmakers and food lovers Jen and Grant dive into the issue of waste from farm, through retail, all the way to the back of their own fridge, pledging to survive only on foods that would otherwise be thrown away. Just Eat It looks at our systemic obsession with expiry dates, perfect produce and portion sizes, and reveals the core of this seemingly insignificant issue that is having devastating consequences around the globe.
