Compassionate Yoga - 6 week series

Supporting those who have experienced trauma or struggle with chronic pain.

This Compassionate Yoga series is a collaborative, community effort to provide a safe space for healing. These gentle yoga classes will be led by Julie Griffis, PT, a trauma informed physical therapist with training in therapeutic yoga. We recognize that movement can be powerfully healing, but can also evoke strong emotions. Julia Kimball, LICSW, an experienced psychotherapist, will be present to facilitate a supported discussion following class for those who are interested.
