Addison County Sugarmakers Association is inviting you to the annual January Maple Seminar, at Middlebury Union High School. Cost is $25 per person including catered lunch. Trade show, hydrometer testing, a State of the Industry discussion, plus 15 different session topics to choose from. Session topics include beginning sugarmaker, tracking and labeling product, tapping in stained wood, 3/16" tubing, FDA registration roundtable discussion, and many more.
