Spend Valentine's Day Eve creating mouthwatering chocolate gifts for (or even with) your sweetheart at St. Johnsbury Academy. Participants will master the chocolate truffle and create beautiful chocolate covered berries. This workshop is facilitated by New England Culinary Institute graduate and Academy teaching assistant Kassie Jardine.
