Vermonter and amateur historian David Quesnel will present part one of the series "Becoming Vermont." Join us on Wednesday, January 16 from 10:30 a.m. to noon for "Carving Out Vermont," an informative talk on the earliest days of Vermont and its journey to statehood. Quesnel is the author of the book series Grandpaw's Memoirs, a constant traveler of the state of Vermont and a skilled storyteller.
