As with all living creatures, different trees have unique characteristics that can align with our own strengths and weaknesses. Join librarian/naturalist Cory Stephenson on a gentle nature walk to learn more about the trees that inhabit our woods, and through the practice of forest bathing discover which ones you feel most connected too.
