If 2019 is the year you're going to make heath a priority, Robyn Morrison wants to help you do it right!

All too often we make these empty promises to ourselves about changes we're going to make - eat better, exercise more, lose weight, and so on. We start off way too strong, become miserable, and give up.

Making healthy food choices is a big needle mover when it comes to improving our overall health, but this can also feel like the hardest part. Our emotions can dictate our behavior and create relentless cravings, as can our addiction to sugar, which has a big impact on our emotions, which brings us back to where we started!

Robyn wants you to have the best chance of success in your goals, so on Jan. 7th, she'll be talking all about this - covering cravings, emotions, sugar, and how you can begin to recognize patterns that lead to unwanted behavior.

Once you understand all these factors, you'll be surprised at how easy, and natural, it will be to make the changes you want for 2019 and beyond!
