Join the Friends and Sheila for a snowshoe Nature excursion in Green River Reservoir State Park. We will be exploring the area in search of various birds, animal signs and tracts. Barred owls, ravens, eagles, woodpeckers, hawks, and vultures are some of the many birds seen in this area. Learn to spot various animal signs / tracts / tree markings such as deer, turkey, rodents, and bear. GRRSP holds many treasures.
* APPROPRIATE FOR ALL LEVELS

BRING WATER, BINOCULARS, CAMERA
SNOWSHOES AND POLES ### a limited supply of snowshoes are available to borrow. Bring any kind of ski pole if you borrow. Please contact coordinator at lanpherfriends@gmail.com
RESTROOMS are available at the park
This is a nature walk - NO DOGS - please.
WE WILL MEET AT THE LIBRARY AT 9 AM FOR A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF PROGRAM THEN PROCEED TO THE GRRSP PARKING AREA.
