Hi neighbors! The Greater Burlington Women's Forum is bringing documentary film-maker, Donna Dees, to show her new film, Five Awake, about five Louisiana women legislators who worked to pass strengthened gun violence prevention laws in their state. Main Street Landing in Burlington, Wednesday, January 9th from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. The film will be followed by a discussion with film-maker Donna Dees and Executive Directors from the co-hosting organizations, Steps to End Domestic Violence's Kelly Dougherty; and GunSense Vermont's Clai Lasher-Sommers.
