We are planning a meeting for Monday evening, 1/7/19 at 6 p.m. at the Aldrich Library upstairs either in the conference room or the VT room.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Treasurer's Report
2. Schedule for the year and Joan and Marianne will need to pay the library for space
3. Potluck? Steak House?
4. Goals/direction for the year
5. Barre representatives Peter and Tommy will discuss which issues are likely to arise this year with time for us to give our input as well
