Pownal residents with questions regarding Vermont's Health Connect plan are invited to the Solomon Wright Library for discussion and assistance for appointments to sign up for a plan by March 15. Nancy H., Plan Navigator from BROC, will be at the library at 10 am. Enrollment by the 15th will ensure coverage starting April 1, 2014.
