The Green Mountain Mahler Festival presents its ninth annual performances of Beethoven's joyous Ninth Symphony to welcome the new year. Conductor Daniel Bruce will lead the Green Mountain Mahler Festival Orchestra and Chorus in two performances, with vocal soloists Jessica Della Pepa, Linda Radtke, Kevin Ginter and Erik Kroncke. Concerts are on Saturday, December 29 at 7:00 pm at the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center in Stowe and on New Year's Day at 3:00 pm at the Elley-Long Music Center in Colchester.

Proceeds from the January 1 performance will benefit Voices Against Violence/Laurie's House and Steps to End Domestic Violence.
