The New Year is upon us. As per usual, it is a time of reflection and resolve. I am teaching a New Years Day Yoga Workshop on the heart of intention. We all have desires that go unrealized. We have the best of intention, yet we fall short. When our mind is full of tension and stress, we will fall into patterns that are familiar and comfortable. These patterns are not usually the most serving of our highest intentions and desires. Yoga, meditation and guided relaxation are tools to help us undo the tension and seed our intentions into a calm and receptive mind....this is how we affect change in our life. Changing our minds at the root. Step into yourself this new years and learn tools to have lasting affect in your life.
