Tai Chi, Qigong and Mindfulness: Fact or Fiction
1) Tai Chi is for old people. FICTION: Tai Chi is for everyone...think about it: You see older people STILL practicing Tai Chi...where are the other older people who are NOT practicing?
2) Tai Chi is difficult. FICTION: Some longer forms of Tai Chi are challenging. Tai Chi Easy is EASY to follow, to practice and to learn. Our class is for beginners and longtime practitioners alike.
3) Tai Chi is TOO EASY, it is not exercise. FICTION: Tai Chi improves balance, strengthens arms, legs and core, increase flexibility and improves cardio-vascular health.
4) Tai Chi is a religious practice. FICTION: Tai Chi is a martial art and in Tai Chi Easy it is martial art inspired gentle exercise.
