Come celebrate the return of the light with a spectacular farmhouse feast!

A Georgian feast is a celebration of life and human connection with lavish food, wine, poetic toasts, and beautiful song. In the early 2000's, both of us traveled to Caucasus Georgia and had the honor of taking part in this ancient feasting tradition. We'll recreate the magic, in Vermont Farm to Table style, using our own apples, plums, cider, sheep cheese, and grass fed lamb as key ingredients in the meal (with plenty of vegetarian options).
