Come join "Arthritis In Motion" classes at Cambridge Community Center!
Each class you will:
SECONDARY benefits are possible like:
* Reverse Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Alzheimer's, Dementia, joint pain and reducing Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD ).during the fall winter months.
* Alleviate arthritis pain in the whole body
* Increase your Serotonin!
* Strengthen muscles and stamina!
* Gain confidence!
Arthritis in Motion classes are held at the Cambridge Community Center on every Tuesday and Thursday at 2:30pm for $10.00 each person per class.
Classes are also offered locally too!
- For private classes: $15.00
- For groups of 5 or more: $40 per class!
