Workshop: Transform Your Relationship with Food Using Self-Compassion at Valley Glow Yoga

This year use kindness and self-compassion to transform your relationship with food. End the negative cycle of eating and emotions, weight and worry, food and feelings. After taking this workshop you will be able to begin to use self-compassion instead of overeating.
During the two-hour workshop you will learn:

The 3 parts of self-compassion
The 5 Steps to Deconstruct the overeating
How to use compassion to begin to love your body

This will be an experiential workshop. Please bring a notebook/journal and a pen.
