Come celebrate the return of the light with a spectacular farmhouse feast!

A Georgian feast is a celebration of life and human connection with lavish food, copious wine, poetic toasts, and breathtakingly beautiful song. In the early 2000's , both of us traveled to Caucasus Georgia (separately) and had the honor of taking part in this ancient tradition. We'll recreate the magic, Vermont style, using our farm grown apples, plums, cider, sheep cheese, and grass fed lamb as key ingredients in the meal.
