With the PUC case completed, we await its decision. Our attorney, Jim Dumont made a clear and powerful case, challenging the errors and holes in the City's case. He showed not only that the law is clear, but that the PUC is uniquely instructed by the law to protect taxpayers and reject this deal.

But winning this case is only the first step.
