The Pulitzer Prize-winning comic novel "Less" by Andrew Sean Greer will be discussed at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library on Monday, January 7 at 6:30 pm. The library has ten copies of the paperback to loan. The plot concerns the lengths that protagonist Arthur Less goes to in order to avoid attending the wedding of his ex. Less, who is a writer, arranges to give readings or teach classes in far-flung, non-glamorous settings to guarantee that he'll be unavailable to attend his ex's big day. The LGBT discussion series is jointly organized by the library and the Unitarian Church of Montpelier. All are welcome. (Note: The discussion will take place in the children's library.)
