Peter Kelman teaches a course at the Montpelier Senior Center on "aging in place," for those who want to stay where they are the rest of their lives. We'll talk about how to make your home aging-friendly, how to tackle transportation, what support systems are available, and more.

Janice Shade was last on the show to talk about Milk Money, her company for investing in local businesses. She recently founded the National Coalition for Community Capital, to support efforts like that around the country. We'll talk about the latest ways available to save for retirement—or anything else—by investing in local businesses.
