Dealing with leaky pee, core weakness, diastasis recti, or just want to learn how you can have a more integrated core during exercise and in day-to-day life? Want to build strength and function AND have fun during the "core" of winter? In this 6-week series at the Open Space, you'll learn how to retrain your core & pelvic floor muscles to be more functional, responsive, and supportive to your body. This class series focuses on learning to move better, uncover movement compensation patterns, and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length, and support.
Each week, we'll explore movement flows that build strength, stability and function as well as body awareness skills that you can bring off the mat and into your daily life to support pelvic floor and core wellness. Join me!
